Help older adults remain independent, active, and engaged while building genuine relationships that make a lasting impact.
Starting at $14-$17/hr depending on experience, availability, and assignment.
Founded by a licensed Occupational Therapist and a family who has personally experienced the challenges of caregiving, we understand firsthand how important compassionate support can be—not only for seniors, but for the families who love them.
As a locally owned and family-operated company, we believe great caregiving starts with genuine connection. That's why we carefully match caregivers and clients based on personality, interests, and life experiences whenever possible.
Positions are available throughout Porter, New Caney, Kingwood, Humble, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, and surrounding communities. You'll receive paid training, ongoing support from our local office team, and will never be asked to perform tasks you are not comfortable with. Many of our caregivers tell us they appreciate knowing support is only a phone call away when they need it.

24/7 Support from Our Local Care Team Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and building relationships.
Many of our most successful caregivers bring life experience, patience, and a desire to make a difference. Some have professional caregiving backgrounds, while others have cared for a parent, spouse, grandparent, or other loved one, and understand firsthand the importance of helping seniors age with dignity and independence.
Previous caregiving experience—whether professional or caring for a family member or loved one—is helpful but not required.
What You'll DoProvide companionship and conversation
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Prepare meals and snacks
Provide medication reminders
Transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities
Grocery shopping and running errands
Encourage physical activity and social engagement
Assist with personal care when appropriate
Support clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
Help seniors maintain independence and quality of life at home
What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Ability to pass background screening
Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
Weekend availability preferred
Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
