Schedule
  • Four 10‑hour days – Monday through Thursday (8am‑7pm)
Compensation Options
  • Pay Per Unit with Benefits + No Paid Time Off
  • Pay Per Unit with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrued
Rates
  • $56 – $72 per billable hour (based on experience)
  • $70 per Evaluation
Full-Time OTR (Hourly Model)
  • $33.65 – $40.87 per hour ($70,000 – $85,000 annually)
  • Paid based on clock‑in/clock‑out
Part-Time OTR
  • $33 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Who You Are
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
  • Pediatric experience preferred
