Overview
Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Rehab Director for an open position in Conroe, TX. This is an Independent Living facility with an outpatient clinic to treat residents. You must be a licensed therapist.
To be considered, you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. Experience in Outpatient and as a Rehab Director is helpful (not required).
Responsibilities- Serve as Rehab Director for an Independent Living facility with an outpatient clinic to treat residents.
- Licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP) and graduate from an accredited program.
- 14 days PTO, 3 sick days
