Patient Care Technician (PCT) – HCA Houston Conroe

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will provide hands‑on care, support Registered Nurses, and assist with patients’ daily needs, such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care. Your role helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients.

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery.
• Provide non‑medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices.
• Keep patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
• Active Texas CNA license required.
