Job SummaryThe Patient Services Coordinator is the face of The Emergency Center. The primary function is to create an excellence experience with every person who encounters The Emergency Center, whether by phone, electronically, or in person. In addition, the Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, registering them in the system, performing several administrative functions, and working as a team with medical providers to coordinate patient medical care both in the facility and with local hospitals and doctors’ offices.

- Preferred: Post high school education
- Preferred: Customer service in medical fields
- Adapt to software programs used by facility.
- Required: Operate fax machine, copier, label printer, and phone system, load printer paper and change toner.
- Required: Working knowledge of basic computer systems, navigate office’s computer network.
- Make bad days better and help people smile. Extra mile attitude. Enjoys working with the public.
- Required: Speak, read, and write in English
- Preferred: Speak, read, and write in Spanish
