• 6+ months previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA is required but what matters most is a big heart.
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 25 lbs. when needed.
