Looking for meaningful after‑school hours that allow you to earn extra income while making a true impact? At Cole Pediatric Therapy
, you’ll design a schedule that works for you while serving children in an environment built on encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. Every session is an opportunity to help a child find their voice—and to feel fulfilled doing work that matters.

Pay Rates:

• $30 per 30‑minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation

Shift Differential:

• Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
• All day Saturday → Increased rate of $40 per 30‑minute session

Hours & Availability:

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need:
  After‑school hours (3:00 PM–7:00 PM)
• Opportunity to grow into full‑time availability

• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
