Senior Home Care Marketer - Conroe TX

Marketer Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Conroe is seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building community relationships, generating new client referrals, and supporting caregiver operations. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, organized, and driven to help grow the business while making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and families.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizations
• Promote Home Helpers Home Care services throughout Conroe and surrounding areas
• Generate new client referrals and business opportunities
• Assist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding efforts
• Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and health fairs
• Maintain professional communication with referral sources and prospective clients
• Support office coordination and caregiver communication when needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, sales, recruiting, or caregiving preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation required
• Bilingual is a plus
