• Maintain all CEUs required to keep your Texas license valid.
• Collaborate with the front office on clinical evaluations and intakes to help match clients to appropriate therapists.
• Complete psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop your own therapy caseload with the specific populations you enjoy serving.
• Write client notes, treatment plans, safety plans, and reports.
• Work a few after‑school or after‑work hours weekly to build a solid caseload.
• Conduct client sessions in‑office at any of our physical locations in The Woodlands, Conroe, or Huntsville, TX.
• Possibility to serve at satellite locations if you have a practice elsewhere in Texas.

• Ph.D., PsyD, or higher degree in psychology.
• State of Texas license as a psychologist, active and maintained.
• Experience working with a diverse age and client population.
• Additional certifications or experience (Play Therapy, Directive Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, etc.) are a plus.

$85,000 – $90,000 per year, W2, health insurance, possible signing bonus. Malpractice insurance covered. No administrative tasks beyond charting and documentation. No need to market yourself.
