Herewith Caregivers - - Responsibilities:
Provide morning and evening personal care (changing, cleaning; keep pull-ups off as instructed);
Perform wound care and apply prescribed creams;
Assist with repositioning to prevent bed sores;
Support transfers (bed ↔ wheelchair) using proper techniques;
Assist with meal preparation and feeding;
Provide shower assistance (with shower chair if needed);
Ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
