• Patient Mobility & Functional Support:
  Helping patients maintain or regain physical movement and independence.
• Vital Sign Monitoring:
  Accurately taking and interpreting temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Equipment Use & Safety:
  Properly handling tools such as lifts, walkers, wheelchairs, and therapy aids.
• Infection Control Procedures:
  Following strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination.
• Empathetic Communication:
  Understanding and addressing the emotional and physical needs of patients.

• Licensed:
  State license as required for this position.
• Certified: (required certification details).
• Right to Work:
  Completion of W4/I9 form plus photo .
• Experience:
  
  At least 1+ year of relevant experience within the last 3 years.
• Credible:
  Three professional references.
• Vaccinated: COVID‑19 vaccination or exemption documentation.

• Hourly Rate: $25.20
• Shift Pay: $907.20
• Weekly Pay (base): $47,174.40
• Additional Travel Compensation:
  Not applicable for this contract.

• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Shift Pattern: AM, PM, or NOC (night‑out‑of‑clock)
• Shifts Per Week: 3
