Clinic Admissions Associate (Job ) – South Conroe, TX. One opening.

As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. You’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

• Pay: $19‑$22 per hour with bonus potential of up to $6,000

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics, such as document management, tracking people and things, and internal & external communication with referral sources.
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective and current clients/families.
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families.
• Handle various marketing & admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership.

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.

• High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
