We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our housekeeping team! Manage and support the patient satisfaction program (HCAHPS). Act as a liaison between the housekeeping (EVS) department, nursing, and other departments to provide excellent care for all patients.

• Monitor patient satisfaction scores and assess action plans for improvement.
• Provide department leadership with weekly reports and a detailed review.
• Create reports, monitor trends, and implement action plans.
• Round on patients to assess satisfaction and set service expectations.
• Perform service recovery as needed to resolve issues.
• Assist department leadership in training and reinforce communication skills (AIDET) with team members.
• Collaborate with the guest services department to align action items to improve patient satisfaction.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with an eye for detail.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Preferred:
  Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, patient care, patient experience, healthcare).
