Administrator of Outpatient Mental Health Adult Services

- Responsible for clinical and quality oversight of routine adult outpatient treatment services to ensure compliance with the Texas Resiliency and Recovery standards, HHSC contract, CCBHC, TAC, and evidence based practices.
- Administrative duties will include contract compliance, standards compliance, effective use of data, review of reports and data to identify areas for staff improvement, and problem solving daily tasks to ensure effective clinic functioning.
- Will further provide orientation and training to all new and existing program staff to facilitate competency to provide quality services.
- Additional duties will include clinical oversight of service provision, fidelity to evidence-based practices, monitoring of caseloads, continuity of care between programs, financial and budget management, reviewing reports, and representation on select committees.
- The focus is on serving the state defined priority population through effective use of rehabilitation services, skills training and development, therapy, and case management.
- Must have the ability to guide an efficient, effective team with demonstrated outcomes in compliance with state contract requirements as well as agency productivity requirements.

- Master's degree in the behavioral healthcare field
- Licensure as LPC, LCSW or LMFT in State of Texas
- 3 years of work experience in a community mental health center
- 1 year of management experience preferred
