Bilingual IDD Case Manager
The Bilingual IDD Case Manager position provides assistance to eligible individuals in gaining access to medical, social, educational, and other needed services that will help the individual achieve a quality of life and community participation acceptable to the individual and/or LAR on the individual's behalf. This position's duties include the following:

Minimum requirements:
- Education:
- A high school diploma or a certificate recognized by a state as the equivalent of a high school diploma, and two years of paid or unpaid experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- An associate degree in a social, behavioral, human service, or health-related field including, psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, education, and criminal justice; or
- Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university (any field)
- For bachelor's and associate degree candidates, at least one year's paid or unpaid experience working with individuals with IDD is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English fluency) required
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable through Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare.
Effective January 1, 2016, all Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare campuses are smoke free.
Hourly rate: $23.05
Annual equivalent: $47,944
