Coordinated Specialty Care Peer Provider
Coordinated Specialty Care Peer Provider shares personal recovery experiences and develops authentic peer-to-peer relationships. As an integrated member of the treatment team, this position works with individuals one-on-one and in groups to provide recovery training and psychosocial rehab services. This position will provide ongoing monitoring, recovery planning, support and assistance to individuals served with chronic and persistent mental illness. Providing skills training and case management as identified by the Person-Centered Recovery Plan for independent living and community inclusion is required for this position.
This position involves travel to client’s home and/or other community settings. Qualified individuals must obtain Peer Specialist Certification Training within 1 year of employment and maintain certification throughout employment.
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year mental health treatment at Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare and currently active in recovery programming.
- Applicants must have a Texas Drivers License and be insurable through Tri-County.
$14.93 per hour*
