Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to provide hands-on care and support to adults recovering from neurological injuries. Under supervision of licensed nurses and therapists, you will assist with ADLs, monitor patients, document progress, and help implement therapy and behavioral plans in a safe, therapeutic environment.
