Job Overview
We are a home care aide services agency since 2007, serving 15 states. We provide home care services that help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We offer same‑day pay options for caregivers.
PositionPersonal Care Aide – Conroe, TX. This is a long‑term role of 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities- Assist an elderly male client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to maintain independence at home.
- Follow the agreed schedule and complete all shifts to receive hourly bonuses.
- Prior experience as a caregiver or willingness to be trained.
- Completion of a background check and a TB skin test within 48‑72 hours of a result.
- Ability to work the scheduled 10 hours per week.
- Base pay of $18 per hour with an additional $4 per hour bonus for meeting all scheduled shifts, totaling $22 per hour.
- Same‑day pay options available.
