Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Conroe is seeking a licensed Dietitian to lead nutrition care for LTAC patients. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nutrition therapies in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensure documentation accuracy, and participate in quality improvement.
Requires a Bachelor’s in Dietetics or related field, and a registered dietitian credential. Two years in acute care is preferred; provisional licensure is acceptable where allowed.
