At SoLuna Mental Wellness, we put therapists first. Our mission is to bring innovative, compassionate, and accessible care to our community, and that begins with creating a nurturing environment for our providers. Everything we do centers on supporting our team so they can show up fully for their clients - it's just how we do things.
We're investing in the next generation of exceptional clinicians. For a limited time, associates committed to pursuing full licensure are eligible for a sign-on bonus, along with individualized clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship designed to accelerate their professional growth.
We're building something different: a sustainable alternative to remote-only practices that often lead to isolation and burnout. At Soluna, culture is the foundation. Our therapists find their professional home here - with mentorship opportunities, real-time supervision, administrative support, and a space where they can thrive as their authentic selves.
