Thera Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a Full-Time home health opportunity, delivering in-home PT to adults and seniors across Humble, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll design personalized care plans, perform OASIS assessments, and provide evidence-based interventions in patients’ homes.
Flexible daytime schedule, autonomy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are offered. A Texas PT license, Home Health experience, and CPR certification are required.
