Health Mark Rehabilitation in Conroe, TX is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy services to residents and short-term patients at Park Manor Conroe.
The PTA will work under licensed therapists to develop and implement care plans, document progress, and ensure timely billing and compliance with regulations. Strong communication, organizational skills, and prior geriatric rehab experience are preferred.
