What You'll DoAs a SYNERGY Home Care caregiver, you may:
- Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL's) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Monitor and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes
