We are looking for highly skilled, compassionate, and reliable caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to clients throughout the Conroe, TX area

What You'll DoAs a SYNERGY Home Care caregiver, you may:
Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care
Assist with activities of daily living (ADL's) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
Monitor and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs
Follow individualized care plans and company policies
Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes
