Overview

ELS seeks a Housekeeper for our resort in Willis, Texas. The role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our resort environments, ensuring a five‑star guest experience.

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rental and common areas according to company standards.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant or rental homes to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as required.
• Support resort‑sponsored guest activities and functions by assisting with cleanup.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner, demonstrating patience and concern.
• Resolve guest‑related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude.
• Operate a motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies as needed.
• Collaborate closely with management to maintain open communication and ensure the resort team is integrated.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
