PositionSummary
As an HR Business Partner Senior Manager, you will work closely with senior management within specific business units or regions to develop and implement predominantly medium to long‑term HR solutions aligned to business strategy. You will be supported by centralized HR professionals who have specialized in particular functions.
- Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to understand the organization's strategic direction and translate it into Human Resources strategies and initiatives.
- Assess the organization's structure, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic advice on people‑related issues, helping to shape the overall business strategy.
- Lead or participate in Human Resources projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing Human Resources processes, employee engagement, or diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Utilize Human Resources data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders by analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide strategic Human Resources guidance, influence decision‑making, and foster strong partnerships across the organization.
- Support change management initiatives and foster employee engagement within the organization by helping leaders effectively communicate and manage change, anticipate and address employee concerns, and create strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders on employee relations matters and performance management.
- Ensure Human Resources policies and practices strictly align with legal requirements and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Human Resource experience
- 1+ years of experience managing direct reports across multiple sites/locations
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (Conroe, Ennis)
- Strong Workday experience
- Experience cultivating relationships
- Proven experience with cross collaboration
- Experience driving data to move metrics
- Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience may substitute
The typical pay range for this role is $75,400.00 – $. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
It also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
