The Yollick Law Firm is seeking a sharp, high-energy Civil Litigation Attorney to join our established practice in Conroe. Led by Eric Yollick—a veteran litigator with over 35 years of experience and a known voice for accountability and the Rule of Law—our firm handles complex matters where others often retreat.

We don't just "process" files; we fight for our clients’ rights with a focus on business litigation, consumer law, and property disputes.

* Requirements:**

• ** J.D.
  ** from an accredited law school (high academic standing preferred).
• *
  * Licensed to practice in Texas
  ** (in good standing).
• *
  * Ability to engage
  ** in civil litigation (Real estate Commercial, Business, or Consumer law).
• Excellent writing skills and a "take-charge" attitude toward discovery and trial prep.
