Responsibilities- Reviews store orders, including item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed for all orders.
- Picks and prepares cut box tops and plastic from inner packaging for needed cases of product, placing items in a designated location for collection.
- Maintains an elevated level of accuracy for merchandise stocked to meet full compliance with departmental performance standards.
- Maintains consistent cleanliness of all work zones at the end of each shift to adhere to departmental quality standards.
- Cross‑trains employees in stock distribution as well as other associated warehouse duties to build team capabilities and efficiencies.
- Works to maintain a safe working environment by consistently following safety guidelines and adhering to warehouse safety standards and requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties to ensure working areas and aisles are clear of debris, maximizing safety standards and reducing accidents.
- Monitors day‑to‑day warehouse activities and operation flows, escalating any exceptions or safety concerns to immediate supervisors for swift resolution.
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills.
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Anticipated weekly hours: 40 hours per week. Time type: full time.
Pay range: $16.00 – $28.84 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
