Stocker - 2nd Shift

• Reviews store orders, including item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed for all orders.
• Picks and prepares cut box tops and plastic from inner packaging for needed cases of product, placing items in a designated location for collection.
• Maintains an elevated level of accuracy for merchandise stocked to meet full compliance with departmental performance standards.
• Maintains consistent cleanliness of all work zones at the end of each shift to adhere to departmental quality standards.
• Cross‑trains employees in stock distribution as well as other associated warehouse duties to build team capabilities and efficiencies.
• Works to maintain a safe working environment by consistently following safety guidelines and adhering to warehouse safety standards and requirements.
• Performs general housekeeping duties to ensure working areas and aisles are clear of debris, maximizing safety standards and reducing accidents.
• Monitors day‑to‑day warehouse activities and operation flows, escalating any exceptions or safety concerns to immediate supervisors for swift resolution.

• Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Anticipated weekly hours: 40 hours per week. Time type: full time.

Pay range: $16.00 – $28.84 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
