Position SummaryDo you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members, following recipes and ensuring our rotisserie chicken stays warm and ready. You’ll wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep items fresh, juggle tasks while assisting members with bakery orders, and use your smile to create positive shopping experiences.

- Maintaining clean shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of low‑quality food.
- Preparing and serving ready‑to‑eat food.
- Maintaining sales floor in accordance with company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, member‑ready area.
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with teammates; and remain flexible to business needs.
- Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
- Be an Owner: Drive performance of the area; utilize digital tools; manage exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and respond to customer needs.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
- Food Service or Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
