We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled lube technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Full-time non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Houston, TX

$18/hour

• Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid.
• Inspect and replace filters, such as oil filters and air filters.
• Conduct tire rotations and perform basic tire maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or areas for further attention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of used materials and fluids.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding recommended repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience as a Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be located in the Greater Houston Area.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Excellent learning capabilities to learn new skills as necessary.
• Must be able to clear background, 5-panel drug test & a breath alcohol test.
