Maintenance Technician

* Oversee preventative maintenance programs, including scheduling with minimal building service

disruption

* Perform and delegate maintenance tasks while ordering required parts and maintaining inventory

* Maintain facility relations through prompt, courteous response to requests within Panelmatic guidelines

* Review and analyze CMMS system data to develop maintenance recommendations with Facility Manager

* Maintain complete system documentation and update preventative maintenance procedures

* Monitor contractor work quality and assist with annual contractor reviews

* Mentor junior technicians and provide professional feedback on maintenance procedures

* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

* 4+ years relevant experience in commercial facilities maintenance

* Expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, equipment repair and maintenance

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and co
- workers

* Proficiency in CMMS system as well as computer software programs including MS Word, Outlook, and

Excel

* Safety-minded approach and ability to maintain clean, safe workplace
