Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage mechanical maintenance teams supporting high-speed manufacturing and facility operations. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing unplanned downtime, and ensuring safe, cost-effective maintenance execution across production lines and facilities.

• Lead, supervise, and develop maintenance technicians and skilled trades
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Improve equipment reliability, asset availability, and maintenance KPIs
• Manage CMMS/work order systems and maintenance documentation
• Respond to emergency equipment downtime and restore operations quickly
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all safety regulations
• Manage maintenance budgets, labor, and spare parts inventory
• Oversee facility, building, and grounds maintenance and service contracts
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to align priorities
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions as needed

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related field)
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on maintenance and leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability programs
• Experience with CMMS systems and work management processes
• Solid understanding of industrial equipment, PLCs, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Working knowledge of facilities systems (HVAC, utilities, building maintenance)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Manufacturing or industrial plant experience
• Lean manufacturing or reliability-centered maintenance exposure
• Certifications or training in electrical, HVAC, or industrial maintenance
