As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service and supervise a team of hourly associates to deliver safe, efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center operations, collaborate with other team leaders, and ensure the club meets member expectations.

…Be a Team Leader:
Supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center, deliver the business plan, and contribute to club success. Communicate departmental goals, set guidelines, and advocate for the member, associate, and company.
…Be an Expert:
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of business, safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonality. Share knowledge and train the team; ensure members possess knowledge of new products and technologies.
…Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training.
…Be an Owner:
Drive business results, maintain operational excellence, keep a neat and safe work area, plan orders of equipment and supplies, track expenses, assists in staffing and scheduling, operate cash registers, and support member service on the floor.
…Be a Talent Ambassador:
Train and develop the team, monitor completion of e‑learning, identify potential, provide skill development, encourage career growth, and source new talent.
…Promote integrity:
Model Walmart values, support compliance, and incorporate ethical standards in all processes.

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Will successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Supervisory experience in the tire industry.
• Tire industry certification (Certificate).

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
