Service Supervisor

Responsibilities of the Service Supervisor include but are not limited to:

• Plans and directs the work of the Preventative Maintenance Technicians, placing particular emphasis on the successful completion of service jobs and coaching maintenance schedules
• Assists in improving and developing standards for the PM Service Department, Administers safety, technical, and process training as required for department
• Organizes shop to accomplish service goals
• Monitors Service Department to ensure efficient use of manpower and compliance with customers' requirements including Safety policies
• Works with the Site Manager to ensure that the service department operates according to Company Safety policies, both in the shop and in the field

Qualifications of the Service Supervisor include but are not limited to:

• 5 years' experience in coolant management, refractometer measurements, utility lift operation and industrial customer support & relations
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals

Shift Time/Overtime: 40 hours+/week

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent
