Job Title: Branch Director
Location: Conroe, Texas
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually plus 10% annual bonus
Shift: Monday through Friday
On-Call: Administrative on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 2–3 months, taken from home

We are seeking a clinically licensed hospice leader to oversee and grow our clients' Conroebranch. This role is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable census growth.

• Oversee day-to-day hospice operations
• Lead, coach, and retain an interdisciplinary team
• Rebuild culture, improve morale, and strengthen accountability
• Partner with sales leadership to support responsible census growth
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards
• Scale staffing and workflows during growth

• Hospice leadership experience required
• Clinical background required, RN preferred
• Proven success in managing hospice census growth
• Strong people leadership and operational management skills
• Experience collaborating with sales teams
