DIrect Support Program Supervisor

As a Direct Support Program Supervisor at Sevita, you’ll lead a team delivering person-centered services in community and home settings. You will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and individualized support plans for people with diverse abilities, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. In partnership with families and clinical teams, you’ll guide staff, support skill building and community inclusion, manage documentation, and respond to crises.
