Looking for a warehouse job where you don't sit still and don't get bored? You've found it. We're hiring Packers for a fast-paced warehouse where you'll stay on your feet, keep your hands busy, and your playlist pumping.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of manufacturing/assembly processes
• Able to read work orders, labels, and basic technical documents
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift 40 lbs. & stand for extended periods performing repetitive tasks
• Steel-toes

You will be expected to:

• Pack compressor valve components using approved packaging materials.
• Follow part-specific packaging instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure parts are wrapped, cushioned, and secured to avoid corrosion, dents, and scratches.
• Use protective materials such as VCI paper, foam inserts, bubble wrap, and custom trays.
• Apply correct part labels, heat numbers, batch numbers, and order documentation.
• Verify all part numbers and quantities against work orders and packing lists.
• Prepare packing slips, tags, and documentation required for internal transfer or customer shipment.
• Inspect parts visually before packing to check for:
  Burrs, scratches, dents + Missing surface treatment + Incorrect part orientation + Cleanline ss or oiling requirements
• Report any non-conformances to the Assembly or Quality team
