Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

Join us as a Production Operator in Tomball and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

- Know-How: Assembly or manufacturing experience is required (1 year).
- Strength: Can lift (up to) 25 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.

- Follow all process SOPs and training to ensure proper machine operation and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with all company rules and safety procedures.
- Monitor product quality throughout the process and report any abnormalities to the team leader.
- Record production data, complete shift handovers, and communicate machine and material status.
- Strive to meet production goals for efficiency and quality, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
