500 Conroe Park West Dr, Conroe, TX 77303.

Our Conroe facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America and operates 24/7 to meet high demand for our products. The plant includes a 300,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility, CNC machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a robust safety program that ensures employees return home safely after every shift.

Primary

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize plant layout, material flow, and labor utilization
  • Conduct time studies and establish labor standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Six Sigma
  • Develop capacity models and support production planning
  • Improve ergonomics, safety, and workplace efficiency
  • Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to drive decision-making
  • Support cost reduction and productivity improvement efforts
Education & Experience Requirements
  • B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  • 3–8 years of industrial engineering experience
  • Hands‑on shop or manufacturing experience
