Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant operates 24/7, providing employees with an air‑conditioned environment, a highly organized and clean 300,000‑sq‑ft fabrication facility, new CNC machines, and a strong safety program.

• Analyze and optimize plant layout, material flow, and labor utilization
• Conduct time studies and establish labor standards
• Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Develop capacity models and support production planning
• Improve ergonomics, safety, and workplace efficiency
• Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to drive decision‑making
• Support cost reduction and productivity improvement efforts

• B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• 3–8 years of Industrial Engineering Experience""? 0">248 E1?/610? Eid Om
• Any shop or hands‑on experience required
