Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator $18-$20 DOE Our client is looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in the Conroe area. If Interested send your resume to L Primary Responsibilities Tracks time (dates) from order request until the shipment leaves. Communicate via e-mail on each step of the shipping process Submits supply orders for any materials needed for the receiving department.

Enter parts into transfer PO as needed. Physically pulls parts for orders using forklift/standup/cherry picker. Loads shipments onto trucks using forklift. Loads shipments onto trucks using forklift. Unloads incoming shipments using forklift. Physically prep orders for shipping. Takes detailed pictures of all parts/shipments and logs them accordingly. Acquires weights/dims and sends info accordingly within 3 hours. Schedules for shipments in UPS/Fed Ex.

Checks in/verifies shipments comparing physical parts to receiving paperwork, notes any discrepancies and notifies purchasing/QC accordingly. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma. An associate’s degree is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft office and experienced with ERP software. Proficiency with SAP S4. Able to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagrammatic, or schedule form. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent communication skills. Experience – 3-5 years of directly related training and/or experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, hear, have the physical and mental ability to comply with workshop, office, job site work environments, safety requirements Apply online or at our office:
