is currently seeking a Full-Time
Shop Technician to join our team in Conroe, Texas.
- Dismantle tools, repair, and reassemble for jobs.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment while operating a forklift.
- Responsible for the cleanliness, pressure washing, maintenance and proper disposal of debris on property. Including general shop, breakroom, & cleanup
- Assist in special projects.
- Shop organization and supply storage. Including daily and weekly inventory.
- Receiving and distribution of supplies.
- Assist with the movement of tools
- Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment
- Operate a shop truck for local deliveries with a 20' trailer as needed.
- Follow established safety policies and procedures.
- On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled.
- Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
- Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.
Experience:
- Minimum of one to three years’experience in a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Certification operating a forklift preferred.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
