HIL - Product Puller Job Conroe area,Texas USA,Manufacturing / Production

The Product Puller will be responsible for Picking, pulling, and verifying quantity, quality, and addressing of products ready for shipment.

Responsibilities:

Pulls Stacks of product onto trailers in the proper loading order.
Stack-cased product as required.
Run stack tract (computer entry for in and outfeed).
Operate a palletizer to load product onto a pallet and shrink wrap.
Operate a pallet jack for moving pallets of product.
Pick products and drags them onto conveyor chains.
Load product into trailers.
Place units of milk on racks.
Restock product lines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Manufacturing experience preferred.
Production/Warehouse experience required.
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read chemical labels and follow safe handling of pro-food-grader food-grade products.
Must be able to work weekends, varying shifts (days, evenings, nights), and overtime as needed.
Ability to accurately record data.
Minimum age: 18
Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.

Physical Demand/Working Conditions:

Must be able to routinely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally 75 pounds
Ability to constantly pull up to 270 lbs. with a pull rod while walking backward.
To walk/stand on your feet constantly during your shift.
Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of your surroundings.
Must be able to work in both very hot (more than 100 degrees) and very cold (less than 20 degrees below zero) and in a very wet and humid environment for extended periods of time.
Exposed to noise/vibration, and chemicals.
Required to Stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push and pull, bend, kneel and reach above and below the shoulder.
Repetition-Hand/Wrist Simple Grasping, Firm grasping.
