iWorkforce Solutions (iWS) is seeking motivated individuals for entry‑level Manufacturing and Assembly roles. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components according to engineering specifications while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on industrial experience and cross‑train across multiple production areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly & Production: Assemble screens and parts to engineering specifications in a safe and cost‑efficient manner. Duties include trimming, marking, boxing, crating, and cutting materials (screen and steel) to length.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts and components to ensure exact dimensional accuracy and quantity.
Equipment Maintenance: Properly store equipment, tools, and materials; utilize tools such as grinders as necessary.
Cross-Training: Maintain a willingness to cross‑train into various production departments to support changing manufacturing schedules.
Facility Upkeep: Assist with routine plant housekeeping duties, including sweeping, emptying trash barrels, and ensuring proper chemical storage.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety and environmental policies, utilize mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly report any safety hazards or injuries.
Skills & Qualifications
No prior experience or formal education required
- entry‑level candidates are welcome!Strong communication skills (ability to speak, read, and write English preferred).
High flexibility and availability to work extended daily hours and weekends.
Ability to work comfortably in a non‑climate‑controlled manufacturing facility (no air conditioning).
Adaptability and a strong desire to learn and cross‑train in different production areas.
