As Plant Manager, you will oversee operations, empower your team, and optimize processes for efficiency and excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your ability to inspire, hold people accountable, and foster collaboration will be key to success.

• At least 7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Superintendent in the wood industry, specifically Plywood manufacturing
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or at least 15 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in operational budgeting
• A proven track record in wood manufacturing, preferably plywood, OSB, or EWP
• Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus!
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision‑making skills.
