Process Operator

The Process Operator is responsible for supporting membrane processing operations by cleaning, testing, preparing, and transporting membrane products to meet production and customer requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Perform membrane cleaning, testing, and preparation in accordance with established procedures.

+ Inspect membrane products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

+ Prepare materials for shipment and transportation to various Xylem branches and customer locations.

+ Safely operate equipment and tools required for membrane processing and material handling.

+ Maintain accurate production and inventory records as needed.

+ Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

+ Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and operational goals.

* Qualifications:

* + High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
