Hiland Dairy Foods Company is seeking a Filler Operator for our Conroe, TX production floor. Responsible for running, cleaning, and monitoring filler equipment to process milk, cream, and dairy products while ensuring quality and food safety compliance.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, basic math skills, and the ability to analyze process data. Overtime and holiday work are common; drug screen and physical exam required.
