Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

• Operate blending equipment according to production instructions, ensuring proper mixing of raw materials tocreate chemical products.
• Accurately measure, load, and mixchemicals and raw materials according to specific formulations and production requirements.
• Safely handle and work withchemicals, adhering to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper chemical handling procedures.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products, ensuring that blends meet required specifications before moving on to the next production phase.
• Maintain accurate production records, including raw material usage, product output, and any deviations or equipment issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection,and maintenance of blending equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Work closely with the production teamand other departments to maintain production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors immediately.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA and plant-specific safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial production environment, preferably in a chemical manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with blending or mixing equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and formulas.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and experience working with hazardous materials.
• Abilityto lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments, includingstanding for long periods and handling heavy materials.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or blending operations.
• Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and other industrial equipment.
