Responsibilities
- Take apart gearboxes for inspection and assembly.
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks.
- Utilize metric and standard tools for various tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience with gearbox disassembly, inspection, and assembly.
- Proficiency in handling circles, bearings, and gears.
- Ability to use standard and metric tools, including sockets and wrenches.
- Understanding of transmission assembly and bearing journals.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the oilfield industry or with directional tools/top drive is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled environment with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 5 pm, with some potential overtime on Friday, notified in advance. Bring your own tools, including sockets and wrenches.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conroe, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
