Delivery Coordinator ​/ Production Planner

We are looking for a Planner for our Conroe, Texas plant.

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interface between supply chain, production, process, and purchasing to streamline information flow for Oleon’s blending and esterification processes.
• Assemble all necessary information such as order book, available supplies, capacity of installations, consolidates the info, draws up or finetunes the planning for the plant in Conroe in line with the overall planning.
• Provide regular updates on delivery coordination and status for incoming shipments.
• Support coordination with production teams to align delivery schedules with labor and raw materials needs.
• Be an active proponent in improving on time delivery
• Collaborate with purchasing/supply chain to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
• Signal shortcomings in current scheduling and planning processes, systems, and procedures within the assigned part and suggest improvements and contributes to the actual implementation.

You'll succeed if:

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in delivery coordination, supply chain, or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industries.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of Transportation Management System (OTM experience is a plus).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
